History

It was established in 1999 and is now directed by Assistant Professor V. V. Cheporov

Areas of Research

Academic and Educational Relations

are maintained with Nice, Genoa and Perpignan Universities, and also with Vaasa University (Helsinki) and Copenhagen Business Scholl after N. Brock in Copenhagen through a TACIS funded program.
