The Department was formed in 2003 after reorganization of the Department of State and Law.

Areas of Research

Cathedral theme of research work - " Interpretation and Application of Acts of Civil and Labour Law ". Within the framework of this direction the following themes are developed: public-legal and private-legal tendencies in labour law, legal regulation for members of production co-operatives, business qualities of workers, subjects of collective labour legal relations, the legal facts in the copyright, system of right for social security, legal proceedings on adoption affairs.
